Jardim Brazilian Steakhouse: Warrington's Must Try Rodízio Experience

As massive fans of the Rodízio dining concept, we were absolutely buzzing to be invited to the VIP launch event for Jardim Brazilian Steakhouse in Warrington. Having a premium all you can eat meat experience right on our doorstep is a game changer, and after our visit, we can't wait to return to Warrington's new dining destination!  Located right in the heart of the town centre, Jardim aims to bring the soul of South American dining to Cheshire.  The name 'Jardim' means 'Garden' in Portuguese, reflecting their passion for fresh ingredients and a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. 

Vibrant Vibes: The Brazilian Greeting and Free-Flowing Drinks

We arrived at Jardim and were welcomed with a celebratory glass of Prosecco, setting the perfect tone for a launch party.  Our host quickly showed us to our table and took our drinks order, we tried the Brazilian beer and cocktails, the watermelon cooler was sweet and refreshing.  They have a bottomless drinks package, which offers includes 90 minutes of free flowing drinks for £15 per person and includes a great selection of cocktails, beer, wine, fizz, and soft drinks for 90 minutes of free flowing drinks for £15 per person.

Gourmet Grazing: Cheeses, Salads, and Nibbles

While the meat is the centrepiece of Rodizio, the quality of the accompanying salad bar is just as important.  Jardim’s selection elevates it far beyond the average buffet, offering a stunning spread of fresh salads, deli cheeses, and gourmet nibbles.  The variety was excellent, but the unexpected star of the show was the creamy garlic mushrooms. They were incredibly rich, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with just as important, so good, I’d return just for them! Don't worry about rationing, you can visit the salad bar as often as you like throughout your meal.

The Rodízio: Non-Stop Meat Perfection

Once we were settled with our drinks and a selection of salad bar delights, we flipped our dice from red to green, signalling that we were ready for the specially trained passadores, who deliver a continuous, tableside stream of meat.  The variety and quality was truly incredible. We enjoyed many different cuts of juicy beef, perfectly seasoned lamb, succulent gammon, tender chicken, savoury sausages, and spicy chicken wings.  However, the undisputed highlight for all of us was the pork cooked in honey and cinnamon. This cut was absolutely divine the sweet spice crust melting into the tender pork made for an unforgettable bite.

No Brazilian feast is complete without traditional sides.  We ordered some fantastic accompaniments to the table, including rich peppercorn sauces, perfectly cooked golden fries, and, of course, the melt in your mouth cheesy breads, Pão de Queijo.

Our Final Verdict

From the initial Prosecco welcome to the final slice of honey-cinnamon pork, we all had a fantastic, memorable time.  Jardim Brazilian Steakhouse,  Warrington has quickly established itself as a must-visit dining spot for anyone in Cheshire looking for a top-tier Rodízio experience.  We can’t wait to turn that dice green again soon!
